The PwC Office in Skopje is located in the heart of the city and extends across three floors. One of the main design challenges was to create a strong and recognizable identity that would connect all three levels, allowing employees to feel that they belong to one unified workplace, while at the same time giving each floor its own character and making orientation within the office intuitive. To achieve this, we treated the central service core as the backbone of the interior. Housing the toilets, meeting rooms and supporting functions, this central zone follows the same architectural and visual language on all three floors. Its repeated design creates continuity throughout the office, while a different accent color is assigned to each level, providing a simple wayfinding system and helping employees and visitors immediately recognize where they are. This concept of unity through repetition and identity through variation was further developed through a series of custom-designed wall installations made from CNC-cut Styrofoam. The same geometric language is used throughout the three floors, but each level features a different animal incorporated into the abstract composition. The 6th floor is represented by the owl, symbolizing wisdom, vigilance and attention to detail. The 7th floor features the fox, associated with adaptability and problem-solving, while the 8th floor is represented by the hawk, expressing sharp vision, focus and precision. Rather than using literal illustrations, the animals are reduced to simple geometric forms and integrated into a larger abstract pattern, making them part of the architectural identity of each floor.

Europe House Struga occupies the former city cinema, a building that had fallen into serious disrepair but still carried strong local significance. The project focused on restoring its original character by preserving the façade openings, using timber windows and doors, and reconstructing the roof with a new exposed wooden structure that increases the interior height. Inside, a central service box was introduced to accommodate the kitchen and toilet, while also organizing circulation and separating the working area from the main hall.

The interior of Europe House Tetovo was designed as a flexible space that can quickly adapt to different events and activities. The central area can be reconfigured using lightweight movable furniture, while curtains allow the space to be divided when several activities take place at the same time. A second curtain line conceals the service zone with the translation booths, office, kitchen and toilets, providing privacy and improving acoustics when needed. Floor-to-ceiling glazing keeps the interior open and connected to its surroundings, while the fully opening glass wall beside the kitchen extends the space directly into the backyard for outdoor events.

Following the Roche office in Skopje, the Prishtina project focused on making a compact 114 m² space feel as open as possible. Only one small meeting room is enclosed, while the kitchen, dining area, workstations, reception, storage and informal meeting zones are integrated into one continuous space. Furniture and movable partitions define different functions without breaking the openness, while full-height glazing brings natural light deep into the interior. Custom planters with integrated greenery complete the space and create a calmer working environment.

For Ananas’ first office in Macedonia, the design focused on bringing the brand identity into the workplace while creating a functional and flexible environment. Workstations were placed along the façade to benefit from natural light and greenery, while the darker central zone was used for meeting rooms and support spaces. A multipurpose area was designed to adapt to meetings, presentations and company events, while circulation zones were also used for storage and other supporting functions. Ananas’ orange was introduced throughout the interior as a strong visual element that ties the different spaces together.

We are proud to have undertaken both the architectural and interior design dimensions of this project. This unique opportunity to concurrently shape both aspects facilitated a seamless integration of form and function. Throughout the design process, every element, including the smallest details of both the interior and architectural components, was thoughtfully considered. This approach ensured a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality across the entire space. The project itself is a fusion of a warehouse and an administrative building, encompassing offices, a training center, and a dedicated area for showcasing the latest cosmetics, which constitute the core business of Eliksir. The positioning and form of the building were significantly influenced by the main electricity distribution line running through the location. This distinctive feature resulted in a cascading silhouette when viewed from the parking lot, while presenting a sleek and linear design when observed from the neighboring yard.

Europe House Veles is the fifth location developed from the design approach first established in Skopje in 2019. Rather than repeating the same interior, each Europe House adapts the concept to its own space while keeping the same focus on openness, flexibility and integrated greenery. The plants are not merely pots placed in the space; they are an integrated part of the project. Movable furniture allows the space to change with different events and users, and seeing these spaces constantly rearranged in real life has become the best proof that the concept works.

After renovating their restaurant in the city centre, the next step was a completely new location in Aerodrom this time designed from scratch. The new space gave us the opportunity to rethink the restaurant more freely while keeping a connection to the character of the original. Exposed concrete and installations, glass blocks, timber, greenery and carefully integrated artwork create a more open and informal interior, with the architecture, lighting and furniture designed as one complete environment.

The interior design project focused on renovating the offices of Microsoft in Malta. The scope covered various areas including the reception, workplace, meeting rooms, focus rooms, and a small training center. We aimed to blend the client’s global standards with the local Maltese touch, drawing inspiration from the island’s architecture. The design incorporated elements such as the color of Maltese limestone buildings for the open ceiling and installations, arches reminiscent of Valletta’s old buildings, and a kitchen partition inspired by Valletta’s balcony designs. We used fragments of Maltese doors as décor, stylized patterns from Maltese pottery for wallpapers and privacy foils, and handcrafted tiles found in Valletta’s staircases for the kitchen wall. Green accents were introduced to mimic the contrast of green balconies against Valletta’s walls. The project successfully merged international standards with local influences, resulting in a functional yet culturally resonant workspace.

The design was developed around the client’s business needs and global workplace standards, while introducing references to the local context. Relocating the entrance closer to the building lobby created a clearer arrival sequence, with the reception and conference room forming a more open and collaborative front-of-house area. Glazed partitions reference traditional house construction, while wall cladding draws inspiration from Skopje’s brutalist architecture, complemented by a custom graphic of Macedonia’s mountain peaks. The main workspace includes a bistro-style kitchen that can be separated with sliding glass and timber doors for privacy and acoustic control.

The project transformed a small, unconventional retail space into a compact concept store for displaying, testing and demonstrating products. A new gallery level incorporates a small laboratory, while a platform beside the stairs can be used for product presentations, workshops and events. Custom display cases and shelving were designed specifically for the products, with lighting used to highlight key areas and create a clear, immersive customer experience.

Located at the entrance of a central shopping mall, the Elixir store was designed as an open and transparent space that puts the products at the center. A custom shelving system was developed to unify products from different brands and create a consistent visual language throughout the store, while a corner display highlights key products toward the main entrance. A small testing area for hair products can be separated with a curtain when privacy is needed. The complete interior concept and brand identity were developed by our studio in close collaboration with the client.

The Philip Morris office in Skopje is organized around central meeting rooms conceived as independent islands within the open space, helping define circulation and separate the different working zones. Supporting functions such as storage and printing are placed around these volumes, keeping the main workspace clear. In the corner, a flexible multi-purpose area combines the kitchen, dining, project room, informal meetings and relaxation. Curtains replace fixed partitions, allowing the space to operate as several smaller zones during the day or open into one larger area for presentations, workshops and company events.

The Roche office was designed around the challenge of bringing natural light into a hybrid workplace combining private offices and open workstations. Enclosed offices were placed along the façade, while the darker central zone brings together the reception, meeting area, kitchen and lounge. Along the neighboring wall, a continuous storage and kitchenette zone is concealed behind sliding panels that also function as writable surfaces. Greenery runs along the glazed perimeter, softening the workspace and reinforcing the connection to natural light.

For Europe House Kriva Palanka, we designed and supervised the transformation of the space into an open and flexible place for the local community. Window screens were integrated with seating to create a stronger connection with the street, while lightweight movable furniture allows the interior to adapt to different events and activities. A small amphitheater in the corner provides a more informal setting for talks, debates and gatherings.

For Europe House Strumica, we designed and supervised the transformation of the space into an open and flexible place for young people, students, artists, and the wider community. A key part of the design was the transparent street-facing façade, intended to make the activities inside visible and inviting from the outside. Within the main space, a new gallery was introduced to create a small private office and additional storage without interrupting the openness of the interior. Lightweight movable furniture allows the space to adapt easily to different events, workshops, talks, and everyday use, while the overall layout keeps the main area open, flexible, and connected to the street.

The Fight Code office was designed to accommodate separate teams working for different clients while maintaining a strong sense of connection across the company. Shared spaces, including the kitchen, lounge, corridors and informal meeting points, were conceived as a more public layer within the office. The corridors take inspiration from pedestrian streets in an old neighborhood, creating a continuous and recognizable character that connects the different work areas.

The project transformed the existing EU Info Center into a more open, flexible and welcoming space with a stronger connection to the street. A planted entrance, arches and a large screen facing the sidewalk make the activities inside more visible, while soft-seating “boxes” between the existing columns create informal places for conversation. Lightweight movable furniture allows the reception and conference areas to adapt to different events, with tables and chairs stored behind curtains that also improve the acoustics of the space.

The office is organized into separate units for small teams, connected visually through narrow vertical glass openings that also bring natural light deeper into the space. Curtains provide privacy and improve acoustics when needed. The kitchen doubles as an informal meeting room and includes a small product display area, while oak, terrazzo, carpet tiles, wood flooring and pastel turquoise cabinetry define the material palette.

The design concept aimed to blend local culture with functional workspace, guided by Microsoft’s guidelines. The result is a modern office space infused with Azerbaijani-inspired colors and patterns, including dynamic carpets and wallpaper. Traditional lights add contrast against the exposed concrete structure and installations. This blend of local inspiration and contemporary design creates an open and welcoming space that stays true to its identity while keeping up with current office design trends.

Following our collaboration with Microsoft in Skopje, we were invited to design their office in Minsk. The concept combines Microsoft’s workplace standards with references to the local context through patterns, colors and materials without relying on literal cultural motifs. The reception, hallway and hub were designed with a warmer, more atmospheric character, while the main workspace is brighter and more restrained. A mix of international furniture and custom pieces produced locally in Minsk helped create a distinct identity while remaining consistent with Microsoft’s global workplace approach.

For Microsoft’s Tirana office, a shared welcome table replaces the traditional reception desk, creating a more open and informal arrival experience. The interior palette takes inspiration from Albania’s landscape, using layered greens and blues throughout the space, with red and black accents referencing the country’s national colors. The result combines Microsoft’s workplace approach with a subtle local identity.

For Microsoft’s Skopje office, the design focused on combining the company’s workplace approach with a clear local identity. The existing ceiling was removed to expose the concrete slab, while new carpeting was developed from traditional Macedonian patterns, with an original vintage carpet displayed as artwork in the reception area. The kitchen was conceived more like a small bistro than a typical office kitchen, contributing to the relaxed and informal character of the workplace. A mix of international furniture and custom pieces made by local craftsmen completed the space, creating an office that feels contemporary, familiar and distinctly connected to Skopje.

This was one of our first residential projects built from the ground up. The unusual part was that the garden, mature greenery and pool were already there before the house. The design had to fit into that existing setting while translating the client’s requirements into a contemporary architectural language. Simple volumes, large openings, timber and contrasting façades helped connect the house naturally with the garden and pool.

We joined this project after construction had already begun, working with the existing structure rather than starting from a blank page. Our role was to revise and refine the original design, adapting the layout where needed and developing a new architectural expression for the house. We designed the façades and the complete interior, bringing the different parts of the project together into a more coherent whole. The exterior combines clean, simple volumes with warm timber accents and large openings, while the interior follows the same approach.
